When you request a quotation or contact us, you may provide your name, country, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and information about your project.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare product information or quotations, discuss OEM or ODM requirements, and provide related sales support.
Communication channels
If you choose email, your device opens its configured email application. If you choose WhatsApp, the information you entered is transferred to WhatsApp for you to review and send. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Inquiry information may be handled by relevant JIRI sales or technical personnel and retained only as reasonably necessary for customer communication, quotations, orders, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you previously sent, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
